Bison Burgers are sold in packages of 3 pre-made patties, equal to 1 pound. Or a box of 36 pre-made patties, equal to 12 pounds.

Rib Eye Steaks from primal cut. Cut to your desired thickness - ready to grill or pack them in freezer bags for a delicious meal later.

Ground Meat is sold in 1lb packs. Great for meatballs, chili, tacos - the list goes on!

Pre-made Kababs are our top sirloin cut into bite size pieces. About 5-6 per skewer.

Primal Cut is any choice of steak, in a slab weighing 4-14 pounds, allowing you to cut your desired quantity and thickness. Perfect for entertaining or saving in the freezer for months worth of bison.
